About Elite Roofing Systems

When a friend of Craig Cox, who was also an insurance agent, started his own roofing company, Craig realized he wanted to have his own business. With his insurance background, Craig already knew a lot about the installation side and felt knowing both sides of the industry would benefit his clients. He also knew the value of customer relationships and how to best serve homeowners and businesses for one of their biggest investments.

After 15 years in the insurance industry, Craig Cox founded AEP Roofing in 2014. With the success of AEP, Craig expanded into the commercial roofing market in 2019. He purchased Elite Roofing Systems from a long-time mentor in the roofing business.

His goal is to assist homeowners and businesses in securing the most suitable roof within their budget. Craig’s insurance knowledge sets him apart from other Oklahoma City roofers. His background allows him to assess a roof’s insurance eligibility and potential issues and easily work with insurance companies.
